Dancing Bear Lodge Fitness Weekends

January 29-31
February 19-21
March 26-28
April 9-11

Dancing Bear Lodge and Penny Price McIntosh have created an incredible weekend of fitness in the Smoky Mountains. Penny Price McIntosh (http://mpskentuk.angelfire.com/) will provide three days of one on one personal training and nutrition classes. Daily power hikes with hiking guides that have logged thousands of miles in the Smokies and cycling the best rural roads in the Smokies round out the fitness weekend.

Penny and Chef Jeff Carter of Dancing Bear Lodge introduce wonderful calorie controlled organic menus to compliment the fitness weekend. While you dine, Penny will share nutrition tips and how food as fuel can be enjoyed as much as food as a meal. The entire weekend of fitness includes three nights lodging at Dancing Bear Lodge, Friday and Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner, Sunday breakfast, personal trainer and guides and a whole lot of fun fitness for under $800 (option not including meals for $665) .

Yes, fitness can be fun and more than just "working out". Experience our hiking guides' favorite trails in the Smokies while you burn calories. Find your maximum heart rate as you explore the Foothills of the Smoky Mountains by bike. And learn how one hour in the gym can turn your body into a fat burning machine.

Kick off the new you with a weekend of fitness at Dancing Bear Lodge. Call Melanie at 865-448-1999 to book your reservation.
